A very personal shot today. We had to put Scamp to sleep late last night. It was very sudden, which is hard, but he didn't suffer for long. His nicknames included Scamper, Scamp D Dog, Noodles for Brains, Scump, and "the best one." His newest nickname, given only 3 days before his death, was Scamp "Pushkin" Varro. We miss him very much and the house is very empty without him. I hope he is happy in heaven with my grandparents, whom he loved. If he isn't up there, I swear I'll go work for the other side.
